Facet Key Not working

Hi Team,

The Facet Key Visual on all of my desktop dashboards has stopped working.

Steps I've taken to resolve:

1. I've updated from the marketplace.

2. I've deleted and rebuilt the Facet Key Visual.

3. I've doubled-checked my data to make sure nothing has changed.

4. I've created a dummy dataset on a new Dashboard with only Facet Key used.

None of the above worked, Facet Key Visual simply isn't working as it used to.

Hi @Chas2002,

What do you mean "Facet Key not working"? It shows error? Or it shows empty? Or it doesn't work as expected? Would you please provide the dummy dataset and post the screenshot of current result?

I'm getting an empty visual.

Hi @Chas2002,

Please see the latest update to this issue:

"The issue has been resolved by deploying Facet Key 1.1.4 to MSIT and PROD environments. Deployment has done but it might take some time to propagate to all of CDN cluster around the world."

Same here.  Had to swap out the visual with something else for now.
