Fabric Deployment access issue

Hi Experts ,

I am having Fabric License type: Pro and when I tried to create deployment process then I am not getting all workspaces in Assign workspace dropdown, it shows only 3 workspace and I cannot see any report and dataset for these three workspaces as shown below picture

please can someone help what access I should have or I need to check and why I am not able to my reports and dataset to move ahead.

Hi @JBhaskar ,

You can try these steps-

  1. Create a new workspace, assign it to your F64 capacity.
  2. Publish a sample Power BI report with an imported dataset (for testing).
  3. Check if that workspace appears in the Deployment Pipeline dropdown.

If the response has addressed your query, please accept it as a solution and give a 'Kudos' so other members can easily find it.
Thank You!

Hi @JBhaskar ,
Apologies that you are facing this issue.
Can you check these trouble-shooting steps

  1. The workspace must be a Power BI workspace not my workspace, only share workspaces are eligible.

  2. Confirm it's not already part of another deployment pipeline

  3. Ensure the workspace contains Power BI reports or datasets

  4. Make sure the workspace isn't already used in another pipeline

Hi V-sdhruv,

Thanks for your replay.
All my workspace are in Power BI sevice workspace , no reports are available in under Myworkspace
No Deployment pipeline made so far, so it was not used by any other deployment process.
My Power BI report's dataset are connected to Databricks view and Snowflakes view.
We have fabric F64 license capacity

You need to be admin of the workspaces you want to add to the pipeline
