FORMAT bug

How do you report a bug? FORMAT is causing us lots of problems!!!

 

We have measure like this:   FORMAT BUG = FORMAT(68000,"#,##0,,;(#,##0,,);0M")

 
In our case "68000" is replaced by a measure name that should be formatted as 0, though even 0M would be acceptable. No. It shows 1M. This is beyond wrong and breaking our dashboards. How do I get this reported and fixed?

Not sure I would use the FORMAT function here. Instead, use the formatting feature of the individual visual element that your measure shows up on. Below are some format options for a Card visual:
