FILTER partly working

Hi, I have some cost that are distributed on product (lower table) and on customer_type (customer and customer_type are linked to product). However one product (or actually customers buying that product, defined by FORETAKSNR) should not have a part of this specific cost. I then use a filter for this. On product level this is working fine but on customer_type it is not. The filter "FORETAKSNR" is in same table customer_type. So I would think this should work. I normally "translate" my DAX to english when posting here but I think some of you grasp the content and meaning very easily. So I hope it is understandable.

    What‘s relationship between customer table and product table？ Would you please show more details about your issue？
