FILTER A VALUE FOR STATE BUT NOT FOR YEAR

Hi guys, i would like to filter "popolazione al 1950" only for states end not for year, because if i select a year different from 1950 the value i get is "vuoto" (="empty" )... I tried editing interations but there is no way to set the schedule value indipendent from the year filtering... any tips?

    Hi， PieroPinzone 

    You need select  ‘Year’ slicer visual->Format->Edit Interaction-> select the no impact icon of the card visual.

    Change the interaction behavior 

    If it doesn't work, please consider creating a new measure to ignore year field filtering.
