Extremely Tricky - Compare Same Period in the Previous Weeks and Months

Hi Experts

I am unable to get he chart and table as show in the image is have been banging my head against the wall on how to "Compare Same Period in the Previous Weeks and Months" 

Want to be able to compare like for like so if the 02.12.2024 falls on a Monday and then ill be comparing that with 04.11/2024 for electricty usage on that day for that week. from the slicer ill select the first monday of the month...

Weeks and Months are incompatible. You cannot reasonably expect to be able to compare them within each other.

For a somewhat reasonable result use multiples of 7.  For example to compare weekdays across years you would use [date]-364 rather than SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR.

Comparing between months or quarters has limited business value because you are ignoring the impact of the seasonality.

Under stand but the exam question here is to ignore  seasonality.

Hi Post Patron - If the user selects Dec in the Slicer then the bar chart represents the Data for the period Dec 24 and the line chat should be the like for like data for Nov 24 .

Hence 02.12.2024 falls on a Monday and then ill be comparing that with 04.11/2024 and that week too. some month my have 4 and or 5 weeks. The Electricty usage.

Compare what? In what terms? What visuals? What columns?
