Use replace value to remove the spaces between the numbers and then add this custom column:List.Max(List.Transform(Text.Split([Column1],","), each Number.FromText(_)))

Microsoft EmployeeHey amitchandak , Thanks for the reply. But I am not sure how creating an index column would solve this issue. Creating a index column would help me sort the exsiting values. But, I was expecting an answer with extraction of numbers using a delimiter (,) and some sort of condition to return the highest value.
If I am missing something in your explanation, could you elaborate it a bit?

Super Useryes split by delimiter will help, Now you can create new columns or rows. In case you want to prefer new rows. You needed to have an id for the row to trace back. that where I wanted an index column.
For split by delimiter
The option is under data transform.
