Extract list with a single record inside (but handle nulls)

I'm working with a Sharepoint list as a data source for this Power BI.

The table has multiple optional columns with a list, 

and each list has a record inside.

Finally, the record has these 3 values.

I need to extract the ID and Value, but I can't seem to be able to. Specially because there are lots of rows that have the column blank and it gives me errors.

How to extract the values while handling empty values?
