Extract information from a blob webpage (example inside)

Hello,

I'm trying to extract information from a well-known webpage that is working on blob format (I think Azure blob). It's this one https://www.investing.com/commodities/lithium-carbonate-99-min-china-futures-historical-data . When you push on download, directly, you obtain a CSV file. But I want to connect directly PowerBI to it as a web page. If you copy the download link, you obtain a web address like this: "blob:https://www.investing.com/d1a3c0c1-1670-48cc-ae31-b8e61264ec66".

 

Do you know how I can do it?

That webpage requires you to log in before you can download the data. Do they have an API?
