Extract Text String from column to a new column

Hi 

I have a table called REPAIRS with a column called JOB_DETAILS.  I need to extract certain text from this column to a new column. The list of text words that I need to extract are as follows ,

(Contractor)
(Parts)
(Scope)
(Book)

 If the words above do not appear in the Job_Details column I need the new column to be blank

The comas need to be included.

Hi thanks for the quick response. Yes that right only one of these words will ever appear per row at any time.
