Extract Text String from column to a new column

Hi 

I have a table called REPAIRS with a column called JOB_DETAILS.  I need to extract certain text from this column to a new column. The list of text words that I need to extract are as follows ,

(Contractor)
(Parts)
(Scope)
(Book)

 If the words above do not appear in the Job_Details column I need the new column to be blank

The comas need to be included.
