Extração do histórico de atualizações do power bi online

Boa tarde, 

Preciso extrair o histórico de atualização de todos os relatórios publicados nas minhas workspaces, cheguei a pesquisar algum formato mas o único que encontrei foi usando o Azure, porém ele é pago, tem alguma forma de extrair todas essas atualizações? e se possível automatizar isso?

I heard you were asking about how to get the refresh logs in my workspace, this way you can get them via the API method

However , It has Required Scope: Dataset.ReadWrite.All or Dataset.Read.All
