External Tools missing from PBI For Report Server
I have two versions of Power BI installed. One is the regular Power BI Desktop and the other is Power BI Desktop for Report Server. External Tools show in the ribbon for the regular version, but not the report server version. Is there something I need to do to make it show in the report server version?

External tools aren't supported in the Power BI Desktop RS release:
External tools in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
As an alternative, if you need to use an external tool, you can use regular Power BI Desktop to edit your report and then publish it to Power BI report server.
