I wonder what date type the columns are. Here are examples of '&'.

Expression:"A"&"BC"  Result:"ABC"
Expression:{1}&{2,3}  Result:{1,2,3}
Expression:[a=1]&[b=2]  Result:[a=1,b=2]

Here is the syntax of 'List.Min'. It is required a list as the first parameter. So the above formula needs to return a list.

List.Min(list as list, optional default as any, optional comparisonCriteria as any, optional includeNulls as nullable logical) as any
