hi
since today i have issues accessing files which are on our sharepoint and i get this message: Expression.Error: Access tot the resource is forbidden.
am using a web connector to retrieve data: https://our.sharepoint.com/teams/JUVCI1/CI4/PowerBISources/SXXX_BV/BV_ea_RR_AllReviewsReport_2019070...
also, other connections to this sharepoint environment, which used to work perfectly, are suddenly no longer accessible....
please advise, it is urgent...
thnx

Hey,
as unlikely it may seem, check if you still have access to the underlying document library, maybe someone changed permissions.
From my experience using Sharepoint as a "host" for my data, I just used this https://my-sharepoint.sharepoint.com/teams/site/
But this may be different, if your sites are organized in a different way.
If you still have access and your path is correct, then just delete all the existing data source connections that exist in your local Power BI Desktop file and your global permissions that point to your Sharepoint:
File --> Options and settings --> Data source settings
After you deleted all the connections, just refresh your data, when you get asked to authenticate make sure you select "Organizational account".
Do not use "Windows" to authenticate with Sharepoint online.
Regards,
Tom
