Exporting underlying data on a visual displays summarized data

Hello,

When selecting export underly data, some visuals in my report are succesfully providing row level info and some are showing something like the image below even though I've selected underly data (so just a summary).

It does not have to do with exceeding the the max number of rows and it is not that the option for exporting underlying data is greyed out.

My current guess is that it has something to do with using a shared dataset. For visuals where the measure or column were created in the foundational report/dataset, the exported data displays the underlying info, but for visuals with a measures created in the new report (but with a shared dataset), the "underly data" shows in an aggregated fashion.

Any help would be great!

Thank you!

Hi @sdegroot ,

If this visual uses a shared dataset, then this is relevant to the question. Please ask if the following options are set on the desktop before the shared dataset is published.
