Exporting in multiple pages
Hi nish18_1990 ,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
I would also take a moment to thank burakkaragoz , 123abc and ChielFaber , for actively participating in the community forum and for the solutions you’ve been sharing in the community forum. Your contributions make a real difference.
You’re right that Top N won’t work if your visual has no measure values. In that case, Power BI also doesn’t provide a built-in way to paginate table visuals automatically.
Paginated Reports, which are the only native option that truly supports page-by-page export. Power BI’s normal report pages capture only the visible area, so long tables will always export as a single slide with a scrollbar. Paginated Reports are designed for structured, multi-page layouts and will automatically split your table across multiple PPT slides. If you need clean, multi-page output for long tables, building a Paginated Report is the most reliable and recommended solution.Best Regards,

I don't think it's possible. Every slide will show one report page from PowerBI.
You can try to embed the PowerBI report in a powerpoint. This will make the table scrollable within Powerpoint although this is not your desired solution. Check out
Another option albeit more static and not a standard presentation is to create a paginated report with the desired layout. You can make this look like a full fledged presentation if you put in the time.
