I have a report with 4 pages, and it has total 5 visuals. I wanted to export each visual's data into exce land sent it to users through email.
There is a option exporting a complete report in PDF format but not excel.
There is option of creating a paginated report and send it through email but in paginated report, we can only show one visual's data.
There is one more way I think of report builder to create a paginated report. But it will include one more software installation.
I am looking for a way where I can send every visual of each page into excel and send it through email without extra software and less efforts.
Can someone help?

Hi @skanikdale ,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
Power BI does not support exporting all report pages into a single Excel file, where each page becomes a separate worksheet. There is no direct or automated way to export all report pages into a worksheet in Excel file.
If this feature would be helpful to your use case, I recommend submitting it to the Power BI Ideas. Appreciate if you could share the feedback on our Microsoft Fabric Ideas. Which would be open for the user community to upvote & comment on. This allows our product teams to effectively prioritize your request against our existing feature backlog and gives insight into the potential impact of implementing the suggested feature.

Export complete report to Excel - Microsoft Fabric Community
Thank you for replies but I want to export all the pages of the report to Excel where each page of the report should be a worksheet in Excel file, will it be possible with Power Automate?

Hi @skanikdale
If you're using MS365, you can set up a flow in Power Automate to run a query against a Power BI dataset for each visual. It’s definitely another learning curve but no software installation and the process is done in the cloud I’m not a Power Automate expert myself, so I’m not sure if the results can be directly exported to Excel — by default, each query returns a CSV file.
