Exporting Power BI to A4 word document?

To export your Power BI visuals as A4 Word docs for each settlement:
- Export report pages as PDF (since your canvas is A4 sized).
- Insert these PDFs or images into your existing Word files.
- For cleaner Word exports and automation, use Power BI Paginated Reports with parameters to export directly to Word.
- To hide slicers, toggle visibility with bookmarks or crop after export.
- For 75 settlements, automate exports with Power Automate or scheduling tools.

Upload the report to the service and export it from there. In my experience, Desktop doesn’t export at the correct resolution. The last time I tried in Desktop, the export came out as an image inside the default canvas size rather than the actual canvas size.
