Exporting Large data from Published power BI report to csv/xlsx format

I want to know how Large data can be exported to csv/xlsx from Published power BI report. Currently some data are missing from the exported csv file compared to the original matrix.

Hi @JerinTNP2023 ,

One way is to select the visual, select More options (...) > Export data. However, this method has a limit of 30,000 rows of data. If you want to export more than 30,000 rows of data, you can use DAX Studio, which is an external tool that can run DAX queries and export the results to a file. You can also use Power BI Premium or Power BI Embedded to export data up to 150,000 rows.
