Super Userkmouloua , Check there are no custom visuals that are not supported for export.
Clear Cache and try

Ask suggested by parry2k , log a support ticket.
amitchandak thanks for the reply, unfortunatly it did not work. The power point export feaure was working couple of weeks ago, as i have a biweekly meeting where i update the report. I did not add or deleted any visuals in my report. The only thing different from 2 weeks ago, is i updated it the data set.
any suggestions?
