Export to PDF limitations
Hi , mlardner
Unfortunately, in the use of Power BI, I didn't find a feature that could export a certain visual as a PDF separately.
If you are presenting on a computer, you can try exporting a Live PPT.For more information, you can refer to :
Add a live Power BI report page to PowerPoint - Power BI | Microsoft LearnAlso, as mentioned above, you can try using paginated reports.
Paginated reports are designed to be printed or shared. They're called paginated because they're formatted to fit well on a page. They display all the data in a table, even if the table spans multiple pages. You can control their report page layout exactly. Power BI Report Builder is the standalone tool for authoring paginated reports for the Power BI service.

Hi,
Thank you for your response, really appreciate it. Unfortunately by chaging the page configuration will not work, as there are too many metrics to fit onto 1 page still.
The majority of our reporting involves a large number of metrics, which need to be viewed in a quick basic template. So we will always need to present these metrics over more than 1 page.
This is really frustrating that 1 of the principles of Power BI Metrics is a ready to use template to create quick, scorecards with the facility for unlimited metrics built on top of each other in a long list.
To then not have the option to export ALL of these metrics to PDF simply and quickly is really surprising, and a significant limitation. (other performance management systems are able to cope with this concept)
i appreciate these reports are largely used interactively, but there is still the demand to export these reports and be used as hard copies for circulation at meetings.(certainly within our organisation anyway!)
thanks agian for your help ☹️
