Hi all
Hoping someone can steer me in the right direction.
I have a matrix visual showing customers along with the values sold, cost, margins etc. In prior months (I print end of month reports), I could Export to PDF and the information would display correctly in the PDF. As of printing today (24/1/2023), when exporting to PDF and reviewing the results it appears that the names of the customer are not related to the value sold etc. It appears that all customers have been moved up and the top four customers removed.
Example only (sorry)
On screen
Customer 1 10000
Customer 2 5000
Customer 3 4000
Customer 4 3000
Customer 5 2000
On PDF that displays after export (and in viewing in Acrobat Reader)
Customer 5 10000
Customer 6 5000
Customer 7 4000
Customer 8 3000
Customer 9 2000
So to reiterate, the information is showing in the matrix in the Power BI Desktop correctly. It is only when exporting to PDF that I get the top four customers removed and replaced with those further down the list. I have tried closing the app, refreshing the app with no success. Only appears to be Matrix visual, as I have Table visual which looks to display correctly.
I have another problem with this pdf converter, since 2nd of October 2023, it prints pdf with default value only even if we ask it to print the current value.
I had faced similar problem during Sep 2022 ,then MS confirm the problem and conveyed that the problem was due to some bug in the then latest upgrade to the pbi.
Later after 10 to 15 days the problem was solved .
Can any one help me with some solution for this issue.
Difficult to say withour report sample although there is one similar post here

This is from the Power BI Desktop, so it appears to be something related to conversion to PDF for matrix visual.
Another thing is that I show all customers and simply print the top 20 odd (as displayed on the screen). The rest do not need to be printed.
Also always printed OK for last three years, but only recently has changed.
Will test with new PBIX and see if I can duplicate so I can post that with scrubbed data!
I have replicated in a sample PBIX using excel data and will post to the issues part of the forum when I can. Thanks for looking.
For anyone that wants to know I think it is about having a certain number of records in the matrix visual. In my first case I had only 25 customers and all worked OK but then added 1000 customers and started getting the problem
