Export to Excel to specific group
Hello,
I have a PBI report where we want to allow a part of the users to Export the data to Excel but not for everybody. That's currently not available.
1) Does anybody know if Exporting to Excel per group/audience feature will be available soon?
2) Is there a workaround to achieve that?

As of the last update, there hasn't been an official announcement from Microsoft regarding the availability of audience-specific export permissions in Power BI.so I recommend keeping an eye on the Power BI Blog—Updates and News | Microsoft Power BI for any future announcements regarding this functionality.
While there isn't a direct feature in Power BI to restrict export to Excel based on user groups,you can use RLS to design your report in such a way that users who shouldn't export data have limited access to the data itself.
