Export to Excel (Summarized Data) Showing different results
Do you add any filter over this table visual?
If you have applied filters to the visualization, the exported data will export as filtered.
Are these two columns from the same table or two different table?
Please pay attention to the limitations:
In Power BI Desktop, you'll only have the option for Summarized data.
The data would be exported to a .csv file.
Once saved, you could open the .csv file in Excel.
The maximum number of rows that can be exported from Power BI Desktop and Power BI service to .csv is 30,000.
When using DirectQuery, the maximum amount of data that can be exported is 16 MB.

v-juanli-msft - So I found the reason why there is a difference in the sum's when exporting - when I remove the columns coming from another table the sum's match with what PBI shows. Is this normal behavior though?

I don't know what actual scenario you meet.
I suppose one scenario:
Before removing columns, when you right-click on the "field",if "sum" is selected, it means this column is summarized by another column.
When you remove another column, this column would be summarized in a different way.

Impactful Individual
v-juanli-msft - Well I have defined explicit measures, the columns causing this export error are actually not part of any calculation at all.
