Export multible Tables - Power Automate visual

I would like to export multible tables, which are on different Pages of my report, at once.

The perfect way would be one excel, multiple sheets.

I have come across the Power Automate visual on some tutorials and entries, but somehow it is deactivated or not available on my PBI Desktop, Version of January 2023.

 

If someone knows a different way, or why its not available please let me know.

    Hi giovvanni ,

     

    Please try downloading the latest version of Power BI Desktop.

    While the Power Automate visual would have been ideal, you can still achieve your goal using other methods:

    1. Use the "Export Data" feature in Power BI Desktop to export each table separately as a CSV or Excel file. Then, open a new Excel file and import each file as a new sheet. This may take some time if you have many tables.

    2. Use a third-party tool such as Power Query or Alteryx to combine the tables into one dataset, and then export the dataset as a single Excel file with multiple sheets.
