Export PDF issue
Hi, Anonymous
Please review the part "Limitations and considerations" in this official documentation and you will find the below limitation when work with the Export to PDF feature:
- Power BI visuals that have been certified are supported. For more information on certified Power BI visuals, including how to get a Power BI visual certified, see Get a Power BI visual certified. Power BI visuals that haven't been certified aren't supported. In the PDF, they display with an error message.
You can use Image Grid to replace the current image visual: Image by CloudScope. It is certified and can be displayed normally when export to PDF.

Hi, Anonymous
When I retest image pro, it can be exported normally without blank. I suggest you change your account or browser to try exporting and testing.
Best Regards

Thanks again for your reply. Yes I changed the account and browser , but unfortunately the same issue still exist on the exported PDF file. By the way I did tested the image grid, but it looks like it's not the certified visual. Very strange thing is the visual we have used more than 1 year and we don't change anything, the issue happened on the last Thursday without any change.

Hi, Anonymous
In a case like the one you describe, this side failed to reproduce the issue. You can go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".Best Regards,
