Export Option Enabled but still cannot export Data

If your settings in Power BI Desktop are correctly configured to allow data export, but users are still unable to export data from the Power BI Service, please check the following settings in Power BI Service:

• Report Settings: in the workspace, select the report and go to its Settings pane. Check whether the Export data setting is the same as that in the Power BI Desktop. Usually this setting will be override when you publish the report to the service. 

• Fabric Admin Portal Settings: Ensure that the Fabric admin portal settings do not conflict with your report settings for data export. If there is a conflict, the admin settings will override the export data settings in your report. You can ask your Fabric Administrator (or Power Platform administrator, Global administrator) to check the following setting in their Fabric Admin Portal and ensure that these report users have permissions to export data.
