Hii @HaiVN

You can use these practical options:

  • Copy visual as image: In Power BI Service or Desktop, use Copy >> Copy visual as image and paste it directly into Word.

  • Export report to PowerPoint/PDF, then copy the required graph from there into Word.

  • Power Automate: Export the report (or specific page) as an image or PDF and insert it into a Word document automatically.

  • Paginated Reports (if available): These support direct Word export.

Hi @HaiVN

Direct export to Word is currently  not supported - only PDF and PowerPoint. But even with the supported formats, the graphs are exported as a screenshot of each page.

Hi @HaiVN ,

From a Power BI report you can right-click on a visual and choose Copy > Image, or Copy > Image With Caption. You can then paste these into your document.

Alternatively, you can use the Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch to select the exact report area you want to copy/paste.

I don't think there's any way to embed a PBI visual into a Word doc so that it automatically updates with the latest data though.
