How do I expand multiple columns at once? There are many more columns (that need expansion) than what is shown in the picture below.

Have you tried selecting all tables and then clicking the 'expand' icon?
Never tried it myself.

For this scenario, if I have selected multiple columns and then I click the expand icon next to the "category" column, it will deselect all columns and only select the "category" column. Then I can only expand the category column.
