Expand/Collapse month for Matrix

Hi, I am doing a matrix visual and am having some trouble with setting up the row headers. 

 

What is the best way to set up an Expand/Collapse function, where the Expanded view shows all weeks within the months, but the Collapsed view only shows the Week 2 row of every month? I do not want to filter it manually and create a fixed bookmark, because new data would come in every week/month.

 

Do I need to create a new measure in my datatable?

    Hi, Anonymous 

    From your screenshot, the data in the Collapsed view seems to be the filtered data in the epanded view. If you just want to filter the data, you can try to  add a visual measue then apply it to visual filter pane to filter data.
