Existing APP PowerBI user cannot access the report published in MSIT PowerBI site

My customer used his company email address to register https://app.powerbi.com/ and is able to login. However he cannot use the same email address to sign in https://msit.powerbi.com. Every time he tried to login MSIT PowerBI, the system will lead him directly to https://app.powerbi.com/. I shared one report to him, and he cannot view it as it will lead him into app.powerbi.

 

How can the customer register and sign in MSIT.POWERBI to view reports we shared from it?

    Hi Laura512,

     

    According to your description above, I just tested it on my environment that the user of https://app.powerbi.com/ can view the report shared from another user of https://msit.powerbi.com successfully without any issue.

     

    Does the your customer receive any error when view your shared report? Or he just get an empty report? 

     

    Have you tried sharing your report to another customer to see if the issue remains?

      Hi,

       

      Thank you for the suggestion. My customer is not able to run test until the end of this month. I will see if he is able to access it or not.
