Exclude specific filter from visual interaction

Found the solution, I need to have a slicer on APSort. This will filter down both visuals without their individual filters affecting eachother. I still cannot pick a point on the top chart like I wanted but it is better than nothing.

I have further refined the solution. I will now instead generate two data sets. One will have header level data showing the final operation only and the other will have item level data showing each operation. I will join the two in Power BI to link visuals.
