hello to everyone
I hope someone can help me:
in a map I have drawn locations with coordinates. using the right mouse button and Exclude I want to exclude certain locations. At the same time I have a table where the details of the individual locations are displayed.
If I now exclude a location with Exclude in the map, it still appears in the table. Is there a possibility to link the map with the table more concretely?
thank you very much
olivier
Thanks for this input.
These filter functions are familiar to me, but I don't think they fulfill the task.
the goal is to exclude a location in the map and in the same time he ist excludet 1:1 from the table. is there another approach?
Thank you very much
HI @2626olivier1 ,
Unfortunately, filters/slicer in data view does not able to exclude data model table records.
I'd like to suggest you enter to query editor and set up a filter remove some values on the query table side, they will also be removed from data model table. (you can parameterize this filter then you can modify query parameters to change excluded values)

Thanks for this input.
Unfortunately, filters cannot be used in this case. The criteria for the exclusion change depending on the imported data records. The exclusion is rather made according to optical criteria.
The only thing I miss is the connection to parallel tables, but this doesn't seem to be possible when working with Exclude.
HI @2626olivier1 ,
AFAIK, exclude operation will add a visual level filter to filter records. (visual level filter only works on current visual)
Add a filter to a report in Power BI
For your requirement, I'd like to suggest you add filters to page/report level filter to effect other visuals.
