Exceptions by customer and quantity
I am trying to build a formula to give me yes or no. If a customer orders less than minimum order quantity but approved for an exception then it gives yes. If not approved for an exception then no.

Company Name Item - UPC Item Number SalesOp Report Name Status Gordon Mars 0001 FR0007 Candy Approved Massive Corp 0002 FR0001 Ice Cream Approved Capital Dynamic 0001 FR0007 Candy Approved If our MOQ is 24cs and Gordon Mars only ordered 12cs, but since they are on our exception list it would say YES. Example Below:
