Exception message: Failed to save modifications to the server. Error returned

Hello,

I have a refresh issue so with first attempt I usually get this kind of error message:

Exception message: Failed to save modifications to the server. Error returned: '<ccon>DataSource.Error: <ccon>ODBC: ERROR [08000] [Microsoft][Hardy] (35) Error from server: error code: '0' error message: 'GetPrimaryKeys finished with operation state: INITIALIZED_STATE'.</ccon>.

With second round of refresh it normally starts to work. Do you know any solution that could help so the refresh works with the first attempt?
