Hi,
I have an excel file that has multiple tabs that need to be loaded into PowerBI as one table/query. The issue is that the tabs have sectioned data and I am not sure if there is a way to get it into PowerBI without any manipulation. Is there a way to get something like this into PowerBI? Or will it have to be in its most tabular form to make it work as it should in PowerBI?
Here is what the data looks like (its dummy data for the values at the moment). But there are multiple tabs within the excel file that represent different number of counts for each type (New Agreements, Invoices, Collections, Revenue)... and for each type there are different categories (FED, NON FED, OFF, ACT, WN, Public, FED ADV, FED Direct, Totals)
Hopefully this isnt a silly ask, just want to see what the best way to go about it is. Any help is appreciated!
Thanks,

Hi @NPatel12498 ,
I created simple data:
When we get Excel file data, Power BI can help you to automatically identify and extract the required data. In the navigator window, select the suggested tables to see their previews. If the suggested tables meet your needs, you can load them directly.
Best Regards,
Zhu
