Excel to BI column data order

Hi,

I have two files, i am connecting my excel to power bi, but for some reason power bi formatts the occupancy column with data in a random order, i cant seem to fix it and it looks okay in query view. I was wondering if anyone would be able to help, i need it the exact same as it is excel, I have attached both files
