Excel template in Power Bi

Better you start connecting SAP with Power BI. Ceratinly learning curve shall be steep in the begining, being a new tool for you. It may or may not be possible to make absolutely same looking reports in Power BI compare to Excel. Once you import/link data in Power BI, you may need to transform the data suitably.
It is not possible to copy excel format directly in excel, but you can try table visual here just to resemble as close as possible.
