Excel layout to Power BI

Hello, 

How do I recreate the below table (currently in Excel) on Power BI? What is the most efficient way?

Each measure calculation is unique. Measure 1 should map to A2B1, Measure 2 to A2C2, Measure 3 A2D2 and so on.
