Excel export from Power BI Paginated Report creates a merged cells in the last row

Hi,

I am facing an newissue in which export of my Power BI Paginetd Report to Excel, creates a merged cells between the last two rows.
I have also tried conversion of inches to points on the tables but it isn't helping me.

Is there any solution on fixing this new type of issue?

Thanks in Advance!

Regards,

Ashwath Bala S

Potential Solutions:

Here are some strategies to address this problem:

Precise Alignment:

Double-check alignment: Ensure that all report items, especially tables and textboxes, are perfectly aligned. Even minor misalignments can lead to unexpected merging in the Excel export.
Use gridlines: Enable gridlines in your report design to visually verify alignment.
Check for overlapping items: Overlapping items can cause rendering issues and unexpected merging.
Consistent Formatting:

Uniform font sizes: Use consistent font sizes across the report to avoid layout discrepancies.
Consistent spacing: Maintain consistent spacing between rows and columns.
Avoid excessive formatting: Overly complex formatting can sometimes interfere with the export process.
Optimize Table Design:

Simple table structures: Keep table designs as simple as possible, avoiding unnecessary nesting and complex formatting.
Check for hidden rows or columns: Hidden elements can cause unexpected behavior during export.
Consider using a single table: If possible, combine multiple tables into a single one to simplify the layout.
Export Settings:

Experiment with different export settings: Try adjusting settings like page orientation, scaling, and paper size to see if they affect the export behavior.
Test with different Excel versions: The export process can sometimes vary between Excel versions.
Report Builder Tips:

Use Report Builder's built-in tools: Utilize the tools provided in Report Builder to fine-tune the layout and formatting of your report.
Consult Microsoft documentation: Refer to Microsoft's documentation on exporting paginated reports to Excel for specific guidance and troubleshooting tips.
