The issue is resolved
Just to get a few of the basics out of the way first: is the file still at that exact fie path and are you able to access that file on your computer? If you make a copy of the file and move to some other place on your computer, can you access it then?
Is your drive D : drive local on your computer or part of your organization's network drives? If so, do you have organizational account credentials you can try use?
