Try to type in manual values to be displayed if switched on.

It is not custom visual, you can make it pretty dynamic.

Do you know if there is a Toggle button to hide columns on a Matrix visualization? Other than duplicating the same matrix and creating a bookmark?

Thanks @nandic but I want to do thi for a Matrix and not a Table
