Hello Community-
I am having some success and some issues connecting and retrieving data using the Import feature from a Power BI to Essbase data connection.
I am able to connect to a planning cube, and when I select the "dimension" fields in the cube, the preview populates with data. When I select any of the "measure" fields in the cube, the preview pulls in Null values.
The same thing occurs if I choose to go forward and Load the data. I have not had this same issue with other cubes in the environment. The only difference - that I can tell at least - is that this is a planning cube. the other was a reporting cube.

Does the cube has data then ? Did you verify them outside of Power BI ?

It is part of the product from May, 2019 - so i believe, your desktop version is above that to utilize the essbase connector.
