Esri Base Maps asking for username and password

When I select the Dark Gray Canvas base map in power BI it asks for a username and password. The other 3 maps work as intended. Is anyone else having this issue? This was all working until last week.

I tried switching back to the dark canvas this morning and it is no longer asking for a username and password.

I am unable to reproduce the above issue in the April version of Power BI Desktop(2.57.5068.501).

How about you sign in with your ArcGis account in the map? Based on this article, it doesn't require Plus subscription to use the 4 basic basemaps(Dark Gray Canvas, Light Gray Canvas, OpenStreetMap, and Streets).
