Errors in Querying JAMF Pro Data
Hello everyone,
I am not sure where to post this information and where to get help from so I am hoping someone here can assist me. I reached out to JAMF regarding this issue and they referred me here to Power BI. This is the error messages I get when I try to query data from our JAMF Pro server:

From what I've been reading, there is no need for a Custom Connector since Power BI has integrated with JAMF. I am also reaching out to our JAMF engineer regarding this issue and they advised me to reach out to the people at Power BI for assistance.

I can do the first attribute: Device Computer Groups and it loads up, but I am doing the next attribute, "Computers" and its still has not populated any data and its been like this for over an hour.
I watched a video earlier that showed how to connect Power BI to JAMF Pro. It also stated that the custom connector is no longer needed since that issue hs been resolved since 2020 I believe and it has been integrated into Power BI.
What is odd is that when it asks me to type the JAMF Pro Instance URL, this is what I type: https://episdmobilemgt.jamfcloud.com however, when I click LOAD, it then it displays "Waiting for ("url":"https:\/\/episdmobilemgt.jamfcloud.com")
Not sure as to why the slashes are like that. I even tried to omit the slashes but then it tells me that the URL is incorrect when I select one of the attributes to load.
I am using the latest version or Power BI (November 2022) from the MS Store.

I'm seeing this error message as well when connecting to our JAMF gateway:
Web.Contents failed to get contents from 'https://bdjamf.jamfcloud.com//JSSResource/computergroups' (502): Bad Gateway
I'll take a look at the links from v-henryk-mstf above, but we've been using the same connection from Power BI to the gateway for a couple of years and it just recently started to throw this error message. It feels more like something has changed on the JAMF end of things. If anything changes for me, I'll follow up here.

Did your orginization recently update the JAMF Pro instance to 10.42.1? We are not 100% sure, but we think that updating it might have caused some issues so we have a meeting with our JAMF Engineer next Wednesday to futher investigate the issues that occured during the upgrade.

I checked with out JAMF sysadmin and he reports that we did recently upgrade. Seems like too much of a coincidence to not possibly be the cause of this issue. He has sent a message to our JAMF support as well to see if we can get someone to look into it for us on their end. I'll keep you posted.
