Error with shared Report to user with licence PRO

IH,

i have shared report to user with licence PRO

but after doing signin with user s.benzoni@methodos.net and after opening the report this message is dispayed

why this error is displayed if the user has read privileges on both the report and the dataset??

Hi @MethodosConsult ,

 

I think you have configured RLS for your report.

This issue may be caused that the user is trying to access model which has cloud RLS enabled, but they have no roles associated with them.

Please add them as a role in your cloud RLS. For more details about the steps, you may refer to the offical blog as below.

thank you for your reply, I tried to use the apps, unfortunately the error that is returned to me is always the same if l access which i shared the app.

@MethodosConsult ,lso, can you please share error in text format

I think the problem is that i share the app but not the workspace. I need to be able to share it without sharing the workspace because the user doesn't have to access it.
