Error while using percentile in power BI Desktop

Hi,

I have dataset which has Aging as one of the Fact. when i am calculating 90th percentile on this Fact i am not able to get any result where as if i use filter and select particular one dimention using filter value is geting calculated.

If i am not selecting any fact no result;
