Error while trying to import data from Google Sheets onto Power BI Desktop

I am unable to import data from google sheets onto Power BI Desktop. The error that's showing up is "Failed to get contents from link". I had earleir imported few tables from the same link and now when I am trying again it's not happening. I had tried sharing data link from the forms of .csv, web and xlsx but that's not helping too.

Kindly help me in this regard.

Thanks

Hi, @Anonymous

I am not sure whether you already did the below step.

Please try the below.

In Google Sheet, Go to "File" menu, and you can find the option "Publish to the web".

Here, you can get the link.

I hope it helps.

Hi Jihwan_Kim

Yes, I have done that step and I had also pasted the sheets link from the same place on PBI dekstop. No idea why the error is recurring and what's the solution for the issue.

Thanks for the reply
