Error while launching Power BI Desktop

Power BI dekstop throws the below error. I have tried reinstallation and giving full permissions to the \Temp\Power BI Desktop folder. Can somebody help? Feedback Type: Frown (Error) Error Message: Access to the path 'C:\Users\karthikg\AppData\Local\Temp\Power BI Desktop\8e203902-d5cd-4239-9842-6360f70ee981\Evaluation\Evaluations.bin' is denied.
